A new year

And so we're once again at the start of a whole new year. Hurra! So far it looks pretty much like the last one but that's probably due to the warm weather. It's not supposed to be 7 degrees Celcius in January.

So far it appears 2007 will keep me rather busy, with three projects already under way, and a couple more on the horizon.

My first goal, besides the various milestones for the various projects, will be to acquire a Philips Brilliance 201B monitor. Why not a slightly newer monitor? Because I already have one 201B and a brand new set of LCDs is rather a long way down the list of "must haves", a list that seems to have taken on a life of it's own. A new mobile, a laptop, more RAM, a proper camera and a wireless router to mention but a few items in no particular order, other than that they come before LCD monitors on the list. So, another Philips 21" CRT it is. For now. Until Google buys Bilde og Foto for 1.7 billion dollars, which seems to be taking a lot longer than I had hoped ...

Should you happen to know of such a monitor though, a 21" Philips Brilliance 201B CRT, and it's located within reasonable shipping distance of Oslo, then feel free to let me know. I suppose a working alternative would be a pair of cheap but working, identical 21" CRTs.

Ah well, enough rambling for now. Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2006 worked out well for you and that 2007 will work out even better.
