Up and running

I suppose this site can now be considered up and running again. I have yet to implement the feeds and trackbacks but that will come. I'm also quite likely to mess around with the design some more.

Given my current lack of a Windows machine I don't really know how the site looks and acts on MSIE and I don't really care either right now. I'll address MSIE when I have the means to do so. It seems to be doing quite alright on Opera and Firefox though.

I've opened up the comment function for the posts and it appear to be working, as cleverly demonstrated by Mr. Raymond Luxuary Yatch. As you might notice I have made it so that you can link to a particular comment, which I'm sure will be a lot more usefull when I open up for putting links in the comments ... That is rather high up on my to-do list. ;)

Adding my ever growing photo collection also features on that list but again I'll have to wait until my Windows machine is returned to me. On the brighter side of orange though, that is likely to be quite soon. After a lot of waiting and confusion that machine is now actually being fixed! Why am I so happy? Much as I've come to enjoy Ubuntu there are still a few things that currently works better for me on the Windows machine. This includes accessing it's harddrive, VoIP, working with PSP and ... Well, that's three reasons anyway. Ok, so I'm growing more comfortable with Gimp for each passing day. Make that two and a half then. :)

Ah well, I suppose the two of you have more important matter to attend to so I will give it a rest now.
